These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pareto Talent Bootcamp application, website, and related services (the “Services”) operated by Pareto Talent LLC, registered in Scottsdale, Arizona.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To apply for and participate in the Pareto Talent Bootcamp, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally allowed to work as an independent contractor in your country
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the application
• Not be restricted from using internet-based services by law

Pareto Talent reserves the right to disqualify anyone providing misleading or false information.

2. Application & Selection Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or future placement. The selection process includes:

• A short initial application
• A detailed application with questions, assessments, and video intro
• Live bootcamp participation and a final project
• Post-bootcamp evaluation and potential acceptance to Pareto Talent

Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Pareto Talent LLC.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with our systems or network
• Upload any unauthorized or harmful content

Pareto Talent may suspend or terminate access for violations at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All bootcamp materials, website content, graphics, and training resources are the exclusive property of Pareto Talent LLC.

• You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse any content without written permission.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

Participation in the Bootcamp does not guarantee job placement. While many participants are placed with U.S. clients, final matching depends on:

• Performance and participation
• Client needs and personality fit
• Completion of the final project

6. Compensation for Assistants

If accepted into Pareto Talent, you may be invited to:
• Enter a long-term contractor role (starting at $1,000/month)

Ongoing compensation and work structure are outlined in a separate contractor agreement.

7. User Content

By submitting your CV, videos, or assessments, you agree that:

• Pareto Talent may use this content to evaluate and present you to clients
• You grant us a limited license to store and review this information for hiring and training purposes

8. Privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Disclaimers

The Bootcamp and Services are provided “as is.” Pareto Talent LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

• Placement, compensation, or client fit
• Error-free access or platform uptime
• Specific results from training or mentorship

10. Termination

We may terminate access at our discretion if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to meet behavioral or ethical standards
• You act unprofessionally or misrepresent yourself

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Disputes must be resolved in Maricopa County courts.
